Adam Guerra

Coach Adam Guerra, also known as “El General Guerra,” is the owner and chief operator of Guerra’s House of Warriors and a highly respected martial artist whose life has been defined by decades of dedication to combat sports and coaching excellence. Beginning his martial arts journey in 1977 at just four years old, Adam has devoted himself fully to the craft, competing professionally in Japan, Mexico, and the United States and building a reputation as a seasoned and disciplined warrior.

Since opening his gym in 2005, Coach Guerra has worked full-time as a coach and mentor, now entering his 47th year in the martial arts world. His competitive background and deep technical knowledge allow him to guide students with a rare blend of real-world experience, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to growth—both on and off the mat.

Coach Guerra holds a 1st-degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a 7th-degree Black Belt in Combat Jiu-Jitsu. Throughout his career, he has coached numerous Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champions, as well as countless amateur and professional athletes in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. His extensive experience, leadership, and passion for developing fighters and martial artists alike have solidified his standing as a pillar of the martial arts community.
